My best guy friend was a server at Red Robin for 2 years and he made great money. The lunch rush is great there, along with the dinner rush, he worled at the Park Center location in Boise, also my firend Simmone was a server at RR and she made about 100$$-plus per nite at the one on Eagle St. In Meridian ID. Hope that helps. I was a server for about 6 years and I always averaged 16-18 percent of my total sales in tips, but when you start out you usually have a crappy section so you will prob. average about 10-14 % of your total sales, especially if you do the lunch shift and not the dinner shift. Who knows I dont know the location you are applying at you could make 100.00 a day on lunch rush if you have a wait all afternoon. Good luck. I have always been able to make it when I was a server :)
