  1. Here in San Diego, we have Mission Bay golf course which offers night golfing with lighted fairs and greens. Since it's an executive course the lighting actually works out well. Playing at night is fun. I don't know if I'd try the night golfing you speak of.

  2. I played once at a course at night - but they had lights so it didn't count. It was a short par 3 course in Missouri.

  3. We used to play at night with normal balls. But I dont remember doing it alone.  The funny part was the middle of the fairway and the cup were always the first place we started looking.  Then from there we went out in concentric circles until hopefully we found the ball.

  4. I have. Two pars and three lost balls on nine holes. A 56 on the card but it could have been better if i could see the ball.

  5. not by myselt there a night tourament in lima ohio every year

  6. We used to have a par 3 course near O'hare airport that had lights, so you  could play at night and didn't need a flash light.  I used to go on a trip to NC and we generally would play the 10th hole (425 par 4 with creek down the left side, OB right, and pond in front of the green) around 10PM.  We would use a range ball, and one club only - pitching wedge.  Between the four of us an 8 or 9 would usually win the event.

  7. probably lol, some nutter

  8. Sort of...I was finishing the last three holes in a tournament in the pitch black, with no lights and reagular balls. It was difficult, but I made it through alright!

  9. not yet but i will try.

  10. There actually quite a few night tournaments around the country. They are played with special balls that have glow stick inside them and pins on the greens that have glow sticks attached to them. It is very hard to do this even with the glow sticks. Playing with normal balls and a flashlight would be near impossible and probably take several hours. I don't know how you would find your ball on a regulation course. BTW there is a lighted par 3 course in Torrance CA where they play at night.

  11. oh i'm sure

  12. Can't say that I have.

  13. makes me wonder :) why not? probably you need 20 plus balls eh? *smirk*
