Has anyone ever been on a cruise to puerto rico? and how did you like it?

We went on a cruise FROM Puerto Rico.

Since most of the cruises from US (mainland) to Puerto Rico don't stay at port very long (usually only till 3pm), most people don't get the chance to go exploring through the rest of the island to find it's true beauty.

If you do go on a cruise to Puerto Rico, I suggest to make it the last port of call, and actually spend a couple of days on the island so you get to see the Tropical Rainforest, the Bioluminescent Bay, the Caverns, and all the other hidden treasures that can not be found in the little amount of time the cruiselines give.

I hope you can go. We are going to the island next month. Can't wait!

There is a lot to see in Puerto Rico.  We have sailed there several times and each time we discover something different that we have not seen before.  The best way to see the Island is either start and end a cruise there or take a cruise that starts in one port and ends in Puerto Rico.  I have one scheduled in the fall from New York.
