  1. Try Swan cruisers at Fradley junction. Lovely area and lots of routes that are circular better than turning lots of times!

If you Fancied Yorkshire bank's boats at Selby are cheap and I think allow dogs!

We owned a boat after holidaying ion teh canals.

    Loads of fun!

  2. Excellent Holiday especially if you have a dog. Shop around though as prices are quite high these days but there are still bargains out there. Good luck

  3. Best thing to do is to phone around to the boatyards,,I know some do allow it,,you will have some good laughs,,

You could buy a copy of Waterways World or Canal Craft and look in the back pages for hire boat companies,,

  4. Google canal boat holidays, there are loads of companies and most of them accept dogs.

Enjoy yourself, but beware you`ll get hooked.

  5. Done it twice. Leeds, Liverpool canal (Leeds to Nelson and return), and 'Cheshire Ring'. Loved it, will definitely go again.

    Check out this site.  thehttp://www.hoseasons.co.uk/AvailabilityS...

P.S. If you play the canal video, you will hear that dogs can be taken.
