  1. I have been on 8 Princess cruises from Alaska cruise/tour, 2 times on the Caribbean, Europe, Panama canal, and a 29 day one from Australia to LA. I have never had any problems with princess and they even took care of a medical problem in Australia, taking us by car to a pharmacy and bringing us back, no extra charge. The food is excellent as well as the service and the cabins. I can't say enough of good things about Princess. They are great.

  2. Princess was pretty good.  I think of it as a good mid-point between Carnival and RCI -- more "polished" than Carnival but still social, more social than RCI but still polished.

The food is pretty good, but not ridiculously haute cuisine.  Better than Olive Garden, maybe more like Macaroni Grill.

They have a really wide range of ships, from little ones with just 700 people to 3600+ guest mega-ships.  Obviously the big ones have more bells and whistles than the little ones.

There's a Cruise Journal with some good pictures of the Caribbean Princess (a big one) here:

  3. I've been on 8 cruises and 2 were princess.  They aren't the best, but still not too bad.  I sugest Carnival or Royal Caribbean cruise lines.  The Royal Caribbean Voyager of the Seas or any that ships sister ship are great with lots to do on them.

  4. Go to this site and click on the banner that's almost at the bottom that says "cruise direct":

  5. i have been on 6 cruises, i have only been on princess and NCL... i like princess a lot better... They give better service, the employees seem like the genually want to be there, everything is always clean, and the food is way better. peopel say that it is more for the older crowd by i am only 20 and i have had more fun on princess than on anyother trip i have been on... They have activaties for all ages unlike NCL which had nothing for me to do at 19....

  6. Disney cruise lines were still my fave cruises ive takenn <3

but if youre not for thatt.. i dont have anything to tell you.

  7. I've cruised on Princess, Carnival, Norwegian, and Royal Caribbean this July.

Out of Princess, Carnival, and Norwegian, Princess was the best.

    Why?

    1. There is something to do for everyone. It doesn't matter how old you are. From ping-pong tournaments, to things by the pool, to basketball tournaments, to ballroom dancing, square dancing, and various other types of dancing.

You will never get tired of it.

    2. The food was SO good. Like... I never got tired of it.

Princess is just amazing. They are detailed in every way. It was an unforgettable experience in the best way possible.

I don't think I will ever go on another cruise line besides Princess again (except this time, because the dates were not good) :|

  8. I'm 15 years old and I have been on 7 cruises.  I have been on Carnival, Disney, Princess, and Royal Caribbean.  Carnival is my favorite, but if you are older you probably would like my second favorite--Princess--much better.  I was on the Crown Princess less than a month ago and it was so nice.  Everything was so fancy and the staff was great with doing anything you requested.  It felt like no request was too much.  The only thing I didn't like about Princess was the lack of teenagers on the ship :(  I hated Disney!!!  Don't ever go on Disney!  It was so lame.  RC is good, too.  Seemed really family oriented.  Princess has the nicest ships, though.  But you have to pay for the ice cream.
