Its pretty awesome, they got pretty much every store there known to man.

It depends. It can be very crowded - especially on weekends. BUT if you don't mind the crowds and have the patience to wander around and poke thru the stores, you can get some great stuff at great deals.If you go expecting to find something specific (like a certain style of top or something in a specific color) you might end up frustrated because there's more than 200 stores over a large area.
