Has anyone ever been to a working Mediterranean Spanish fishing village?

I am interested in any comments or impressions you may have including; colours, smells, atmosphere, dress of fishermen, equipment left about, like fish boxes, description of catch.

Any impressions of the fishermen and their behaviour of things, even things you did not expect, or saw lying about may help

I have beenn to them in Portugal,Spain and France. the port of Marseille has boats coming and selling freh fish. Nice to watch. Fish were normal
