Has anyone ever been to an American Idols Live tour??

Question

1. What should I wear? Is it hot? Cold?

2. About how much does a t-shirt cost? What about pins/pictures, etc?

3. Try to answer this even if you didn't take a poster. Do you have any idea what colors would show stand out more in the crowd so the Idols can see mine? Would hot pink or neon green be good? as opposed to white?

yes.

1.they have airconditioning. so just bring like a jacket or hoodie just incase it gets cold

BUT if you are in the crowd, down in the pit, wear short shorts or just shorts and a tshirt

2.a tshirt costs around 30-40 like bandshirts from concerts.

pins are really cheap, like around $3. and pictures. well it really depends on the size of the picture if its pretty small.. then its around 10 dollars. and the bigger ones are just in the higher range

3. okay when i was there, i wore neon green. and one of the idols waved at me. im not kidding. try wearing neon colors that are really bright. they will then notice you for sure.(bright pink, bright green, bright blue, bright purple, bright yellow)

I think you should stay with the neons that would be so cool if it matches what you wear! like you wear a neon pink tee and you get a neon pink poster :) then i can guaratee you that the idols will notice you. But remember, this is just an idea. If you want to just pick a neon color(doesnt have to match what you wear) then thats just fine! If you have a favorite idol, write something catchy that has the person's name in it. Or you can just write in really bold and bright colors "Biggest American Idol Fan!!!!!"

Do you actually meet all the idols when you go??? No, i dont think you wld be able to, but if you do, then you are really lucky! :)

i met a few before and after the show

If you do, when? An hour before the show started. and then when i got out, i saw people taking pictures and i met another 2! :)

Do you get there early? yes i did, an hour earlier :) there was no traffic so it was smooth along the way

Is it right after the show and do you have to look for them if it is? it is usually right after the show, but i bumped into one before. hmm, i think i wld say no, because there isnt any way you can look for them, either backstage, parking lot, or outside the stadium. those are the most popular places they stay at!

YES! It was a blast. We were in an arena. It gets pretty warm in there, with all the people. I had on jeans & a  tank top & was hot. Their t-shirts were $30-$40. Pins were $3-$5, posters $5-$10. There pins/posters of the group as well as the individuals. We made a banner out of an old white bed sheet & used neon colored puffy paint. We're pretty sure they saw it, there weren't many banners & a couple of them pointed in our direction. Hope this helps. Have a good time.

nope, never been.  I can barely stand watching it on tv
