  1. No

  2. 'Well I'll  have to admit that, as a London taxi driver i have never heard that one (yet),  But i have been too, Lower Chelsea in battersea, Dulwich new village , in peckham,

Chelsea bridge wharf in Battersea, Limehouse wharf in stepney, Greenwich village in woolwich (apparently it's an extension of the old one) and last but not least, highbury view in seven sisters road, don't you just love the estate agent's imagination.

Oh yeah, "rotherhite village" pmsl, there's loads of up market pubs, fine restaurants, a branch of coutts bank, and a few mansions scattered about.

  3. Well I've been to Rotherhithe... and it's a bit of a craphole. I'm going to go with everyone else and lay cash on 'Rotherhithe Village' being some completely estate-agent-fabricated soul-dead new development with a token shop or summat and a load of boxy flats that'll look really worn out and dated in about 5 years.

  4. That's estate agent's speak for Surrey Docks ! It'll be a little private estate where the developers expect to make a mint !
