is it a good place to visit is there any markets that sell traditional korean objects

and what is the best restraunt to visit while in korea town

  1. I am a former chef and shop there on a regular basis, the PAT market near Christie Subway (out to Bloor and a block east, big blue sign) has everything you might want, and as for restaurants anything in the Bathurst to Christie are on bot sides of the street are fine, I like Korea House and the one on the corner of Eucild, I am partial to Bul go gi, bim bi bap and I love the pork bone soup, I also like it fiery and they can be that and more.

    I buy korean chil pastes, spices, veg and I always have to pick up a tub of kimchi, I use it in soups and as a garnish, like in Chinatown there are many choice, if in doubt the staff there all speak english and are very helpful, even pick up a stone bowl for your own bim bi bap at home, I have 3.
