I've had breakfast at the Tiffany Diner on Fourth Avenue in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn several times.  They demolished it a while ago and built a bank on the site.

It's a movie.  There is no breakfast at Tiffany's, unless you want to set up a table in front of the restaurant with your own food, but I don't think the cops would be too happy.

Rent the movie, it will make sense.

I live in Miami and in the suburb Redlands there is a Tiffanys one goes to for breakfast brunch and its awesome you live so full you may not want to eat much dinner
