  1. bob fitzimmons

  2. Henry Armstrong was a boxer who not only was a member of the exclusive group of fighters that have won boxing championships in three or more different divisions, but also has the distinction of being the only boxer to hold three world championships at the same time. He also defended the Welterweight championship more times than any other fighter.

  3. henry armstrong held the featherweight, welterweight, and lightweight championship at the same time 1937-38

  4. Yes currently calzaghe is the super middle and light heavy champ. Henry armstrong held 3 divisons at once even though he was later stripped. It is hard to hold multiple divisions now of days because of the lack of a true champion in every division

  5. sugar ray leonard dragged WBC light heavyweight champ donny lalonde down to 168 pounds and took lalonde's l h title as well as winning the inaugural super middleweight belt as well (he gave up the 175 pound belt to concentrate on defending the super middlle title).

when julio cesar chaves won the WBA lightweight title after beating edwin rosario, he had the choise of keeping his WBC super feather title or staying at 135.

when pernell whitaker was welterweight champ, he moved up to 154, took the title, then immediately gave it up to move back down to welter and concentrate on that belt.

henry armstrong in the only one who (that i can think of) kept his titles for as long as he could simultaneously.

  6. Cannot be achieved now as each time a champion moves up or down a weight he has to relinquish his title to fight for another one,Henry Armstrong was the last to achieve this I think,he held 3 world title divisions simultaneously.

  7. yea, their has been several,

joe calzaghe is the super-middle and light-heavy world champ at the monment!

  8. Henry Armstrong held three world titles at the same time the only boxer to ever do so.
