if you win your item and don't pay you're a chicken sh it ...don't bid if you don't plan on buying..... eBay frowns on that.

You will get a negative feed back and a non paid for item strike with Ebay. If you get 3 of these you will be kicked off of Ebay. It is always best to work out the problem with the seller and tell him/her that you had changed your mind about the purchase and wished that they would let you back out of the deal. In most cases they will let you pay a small fee that Ebay charges them for relisting the item and that will be the end of it. No negative and no paid strike from Ebay. Hope that helps.
