Has anyone ever bought anything from "www.glowrus.com" before?

I always like to know if someone's ever bought something and the quality. Their prices are really cheap, but i'm afraid it might be so cheap that their quality will be cheap or that I will get cheated out of my money.

I did, bought the 100 pack of glow necklaces

Each one lasted about 8 hours, quite a few of them came to me already dead, even more were very dull in color
