What would be the safest way to buy something online, money order? or pay pal, how do I set up a pay pal acct.?

I'm not clicking on a link to a site I don't know, but if you were to just start the ordering process, the page where you starting filling in your personal information, should be a secure address.  If the URL doesn't begin with "https://" it's not a safe site to order from.  that "s" on the end of http means its a secure site. If it doesn't have that.... I'm gone and won't place an order.  I prefer a credit card for payment myself.  I will occasionally use Paypal.  Go to the PayPal site.  I'm sure there's a link to setting up an account.  You will be walked through the steps.

Pay pal is faster and safer, you can apply for a pay pal account at www.paypal.com   good luck

Pay Pal is the safest way.  Usually websites that I've been to that sell products have links to re direct you to the pay pal site.  It's pretty simple to set up.  Good Luck
