Has anyone ever bought from basic-stylers.com?

Question

I just purchased a CHI hair straightener from the website, but looking back it looks a bit sketchy. Has anyone purchased any straighteners from there? And if so, are they legitimate?

Yeah I bought one 8 days ago and It still hasnt arrived. I hope it's not a scam, I mean they have no other products on that site!

I just bought one too and have not received it yet (its the 10th day after it said its been shipped) and cannot open their website today, so I am a little freaked out right now. I am hoping it arrives today or else I am thinking about calling Paypal or something.

I did some more research and I think this company is FAKE!!! they are scammers and I just called my credit card company and filed a dispute and got my refund for this basic-stylers company.  I suggest you do the same!

i recently bought one CHI, arrived yesterday and tried today morning. its not straightening my hair... my remington is better than this one :(

i feel like i am cheated... manual says the LED light should blink, but it never blinked, i waited for 5-8 minutes... i am hating my decision now... i hope it works better when i try next time... i would not recomment this site...

I just ordered one last week, but it has yet to arrive. I too feel like it might have been a mistake. When it gets here I guess I'll see, but I have just read that it might be a fake CHI.
