I'm considering going on one and I'm wondering if the company is good.

once...it wasnt as smooth as going through a normal travel agent....it was good in some ways, but sometiem it was hard to settle any conflicts with them....also the whole process didnt give me much confidence with them.....i did it though and it turned out ok, but I would maybe do a regular travel agent next time....might and probably will be better for you though....good luck
