Hi, I want to buy a house, but credit is bad. I found this website on-line and wondered if anyone has ever dealt with them. If not, check out the website and see what you think. I need to find a house to rent (rent to own) for me & my kids and my credit is holding me back.

  1. Run for the hills. They won't be doing you any favors.  i know. /

  2. You need to avoid such scams.  They are NOT in your interests and are heavily in the interests of the sellers.  If your credit is bad, you need to work to repair your credit standing, and then buy conventionally.

I cannot tell you the numbers of folks who have been screwed in these 'rent to own' chemes, but it is in the tens of thousands.

I hate to be blunt, but it is time for you and your crowd to understand that homeownership is not any sort of right, but it determined by your financial abilities to handle the costs of ownintg a house.  Your WANTS are irrlevant.  What is relevant is your income levels relative to your ability to buy a house, maintain  it properly, pay the taxes and insurance, as well as the rest of financial obligations which come with home ownership.

If you do not analyze all these costs upfront, you are headed to foreclosure.

  3. I have never heard of a company doing this that was not a scam.

But, let me look at the site....

OK, the first clue you have that it is a scam is the lack of contact ability.   No one to call.   No office to pop in at.

And this is if you get past the cookie cutter, mlm scam site they have in the first place.

I can track the website to some creep in Lake Bay, WA.   He is running this from his house, not a business.   The number is unlisted, but I can tell you his name is David Harrison.   He uses a PO box as his "office".

So, bottom line, this is a scam, it is not even a real business, just some creepy leech hoping to take advantage of people when they are down and out and desperate for help.

If you really want to rent to own property you need to find a private owner and work with them.   No legitimate company does this.    You can ask a real estate agent to give you a list of people who are willing to owner finance.   It  is a searchable field in the MLS, the real one, maybe not the public version.

Run away from this, but good luck in your search.
