Has anyone ever eaten at Bubba Gump Shrimp in NYC?

I've eaten there; compared to some fancy restaurants in New York City, it's fairly cheap. But for a casual seafood restaurant, it's priced reasonably, so it's not the place to go if you want a really good deal. I would not recommend the food at all. When I ate there, I ordered a lemon-garlic prawn special. But before I did so, I asked the waitress if it had a strong garlic flavour, making it clear that I don't like very garlicky foods. She told me it wasn't strong at all, but the garlic was indeed very overpowering, and I ended up not being able to eat the meal at all. My parents were similarily displeased with their food, though I don't remember exactly what went wrong with their orders. You should do yourself a favour and eat elsewhere.

My uncle lives in NYC and he and i have eating there and the food is seafood and it is pretty good not to pricey  either

I have eaten there but not in NYC, in Florida. They have good food and the prices are too high. It is well worth it!
