Has anyone ever experience any fraud applyig fr a job onborad a cruise ship?

My brother and a couple of his friends paid a gentleman bearing certificate for Royal Caribbean that he is an employment agent.... He collected money for work visa, and permits for the different ports of call, and traveling arrangements.

If you're talking about paying an agency to find you a cruise ship job don't, most reputable agencies are paid by the employer not the employee.

Yes  there are " brokers" that will promise to place you for employment. Some of these are legitimate, some are not. My suggestion would be to apply directly through the cruise line, you should not have to pay up front for anything.
