Has anyone ever experienced a ghost light?

Question

I went on an investigation where a man reported a bright light appearing in the woods behind his house and floating around in the woods going around trees going to the very top of the trees and then ending if a enormous bright flash.The reason i am asking this question is i can only find reports on these types of lights associated with popular paranormal hot spots(ie..Marfa lights,brown mountain lights...).I can't find any information on an individual seeing these on their own property.So i was wondering if anyone else has experienced this phenomanon

You might want to look up willow o' wisp (link below) possibly ball lightning (this is less likely).

Yes, but not at Marfa. Have you heard of the Bragg Road Ghost lights? Some say they are car head lights but I have seen them during the day when cars do not have headlights on. Yes, they can resemble headlights but not always and even then the cars you think are coming never arrive but vanish. I do not have a clue as to what it is  but I do know it is real whatever it is

I have only encountered this phenomenon once in my life.  It was late one night and my Mom and I were heading off to bed when she was drawing the curtains shut we both saw this amazing bright ball of light.  There were no storms to account for the light.  We lived a mile away from the main road, so it was not a passing car headlights.  We did not have a security light that could have blown.  There was no explanation for what we see.  We both were pretty freaked out by this.  It wasn't till later on in life when I got into the whole paranormal, and clairvoyancy thing that I attributed that ball of light to a spirit.

Entity trying to manifest? UFO?How often have you seen it? Can you set up a camera out there? Do animals seem to react to it? Sounds extemely interesting, would sure like to hear more. We just got a flash of light on my daughters cell phone zipping around and when you freeze frame it , it is a defnite orb. Very cool
