I lift weights 4-5 days a week and I live with muscle pain. However this is a much more intense sharp pain in the left side of my lower back. Hurts to sit and hurts worse to stand up and bending over to pick something up is no longer and option. It did not hurt till the day after so I don't think I pulled a muscle. Has anyone ever suffered this sort of pain from wake boarding and did it heal quickly?
