  1. not at all,    when the human body is under extreme stress and feer they hallucinate

  2. yeap. Yesterday something touched my head. :)

  3. I completely forgot about this until now. My father in law passed away in November 2006. We recieved the phone call from my brother in law who was on the other end of the line screaming hysterically that he had passed away (he was hospitalized for an internal infection, treated with antibiotics and was getting ready to be released within 2 days) Needless to say, this came as a huge blow to us! Anyhow, the call came in at 4:32am...2 mnutes after he passed. A couple of days later, without realizing it, our clock that hangs over our mantle stopped at 4:30. I didn't even realize the time was the exact time that my father passed away until I took the clock off the mantle and saw that the battery was not in it, I found it behind the tv, which is next to the fireplace. The creepy part is, my kids cant reach the clock, the battery has to be pryed out with a s***w driver, and just the night before when we were eating dinner, we heard a noise that sounded like something hit the tv, but couldn't see anything (because the battery was in the very back). It really freaked everyone out when I told them what happened.

The second thing that happened was that right after that I recieved a phone call and it said OUT OF AREA on the caller id, the thing about that is, my phone will not recieve a call and let it go through unless your number is unblocked, and can be seen on my caller id. Wondering who it was, I picked it up and right after I said hello, classical music started to play. I said Hello 2 more times, but no one responded, the music just kept playing, so I eventually hung up. When I mentioned this around my mother in law and my husbands grandparents (wondering what was wrong with my caller id), they were shocked. I did not know that my father in law loved classical music, just didn't seem the type that would listen to it (more of a country music guy). Then my husbands grandparents tell me that the day before when they turned on an old radio they had in the garage put up, classical music started blarring out of it, and they are definetly not the type that listen to that kind of music. Just seemed a little wierd, but at the same time comforting knowing that he is leaving us signs that he is around us

  4. Me and my bro were waiting for our parents to come home like 3 years ago outside of my house at 3:00AM. It was like a giant upright-walking grasshopper. We couldn't really see 'cause it was dark. But we know what we seen because when our descriptions matched.

  5. Every once in a while I'll blink and I'll see with a green tint. Whatever that means. Maybe the Hulk haunts my house.

  6. There was one time I was having a dream that my friend and I were talking. He was really depressed and I asked him why, and he said "because of him" and he looked up and there was a demon hovering above and behind him. I woke up at that very moment, and couldn't move any part of my body and felt what I can only describe as a dark force starting from the very back of my head spreading toward my face. I shut my eyes tight and began to pray and it retreated and went away.

That same week when I was sleeping I woke up to the sound of like a plastic bag crackling in my room. It freaked me out a bit because when I opened my eyes it stopped. I closed my eyes but shortly after I did, I felt like there was something very menacing right in front of my face. You know how you can tell when someone has their hand in front of your face even when your eyes are closed...almost because you can hear that something is there. Thats the way it was. But something inside me was telling me not to open my eyes even though I wanted to. I didn't and they presence went away.

That is probably the most Ive ever experienced...and it was strange that the most significant events happened in a very short period of time. But they did both happen while I was sleeping...so it could have been some sort of really real dream...but it didn't feel like that, i can tell you that.

  7. For those who haven't read my other posting another time about the doorknob which moved by itself and not by a human hand, I'll tell you. A few years before my ex and I broke up, our kids were little and we lived far from our families. Sometimes to avoid taking the kids back and forth in the cold weather, my mother occasionally offered to look after one or both of the children and we would be home by ourselves.

On one of these occasions, I got up to have breakfast and was facing the door which separated our kitchen from the living room. As I was eating my cereal, I suddenly saw the door k**b move by itself each way and literally stopped in my tracks. I let it go a few seconds and got up to open the door. There was no one on the other side. I thought it might have been my husband getting up to go to the bathroom but he was sleeping soundly in bed and had not gotten up at all.

Other members of my family have experienced things they can't explain. There have been sightings in the house where members of my family thought someone walked past and opened the door. They always seem to be travelling in the same direction. This wasn't in the same house as the moving door k**b, though. Different house, same family.

The one that takes the cake for me was when a short while after my father's death nine years ago, my mother was alone in the house and dusting while she grieved for my father. Suddenly in her tears she froze when she heard one of my children's musical toys playing a tune by itself - it was a little piano and the music played without a human hand playing it. It was not programmed to play any other way. Mum literally put the duster down and went out of the house. She wouldn't go back in the house until my brother came home that afternoon from his teaching job. She was too scared.

These things only convince me that our loved ones are nearby and want to say hello to us in an unconventional way.

  8. I don't know if this is the same thing but I get dejavu all the time

  9.   I have had experiences with ghosts and spirits, OBE's , mediums, precognition, and other phenomena, too numerous to elaborate. I always look for the simplest explanation. Many times it turns out to be a true paranormal event. Sometimes it's something mundane, or inconclusive. I rate experiences on a 1 to 10 scale .   A 1 being  "I thought I saw something that wasn't supposed to be there."...A 10 being a shared experience that included sight and sound not of any known physical origin, and / or a communication which revealed info that couldn't possibly be known  by normal means, which turns out to be accurate when checked.

  10. I witnessed my own virgin birth.

  18. Many of the people I know have 'paranormal' experiences, but it always turns out to be glare on a camera lens, mice in the attic, or something else to that effect. A friend of mine claimed a ghost was following her around, but it turned out she had schizophreniania. I don't think anyones' paranormal experiences are actually paranormal.
