Has anyone ever given paypal a fake tracking number?

This guy who lives near me did it.  Black choppers landed on his lawn in the middle of the night, and guys in black suits and gas masks took him away.  We never saw him again.

If the tracking number doesn't not show a package for the right time frame going to the same destination, then it won't suffice.  You would lose your claim that you had delivered the item and the money would be charged back.

The chances of you guessing a legit number are extremely rare.  What do you expect would happen if you did find one?  All you would do was know when someone's package would be arriving.
