Normal... I: put my hand in my pockets and pushed out, wore button down t-shirts, tapped my foot/wiggled my feet, used a book to hide it. There are a lot of different things you can do, but the most guaranteed thing to work is trying to move the blood to somewhere else in the body. Try flexing your legs, moving your feet, or something that will change circulation.
