Has anyone ever gotten a W at their JC & still get accepted to a 4 yr college?

Absolutely...a W is just a withdrawl it is not failing..however it doesn't help your GPA...as long as you have a decent GPA your 4 year will accept you!!

I got a W at a 4 year college, and I got an F there too..

then that college pretty much kicked me out.

so then I transferred to a different 4 year college.  They didn't seem to care at all.

i withdrew from a couple classes at my jc and i was accepted no problem to a university. withdrawals are not really that bad. unis look more at your cumulative gpa and your extra curriculars.
