yes, and it hurt.  well every tatt hurts some, but the stretch marks are tender longer than regular skin, that skin is thinner.

i'll apologize for all of those ignorant answers... i personally have gotten tattoos over stretch marks and they came out beautiful, just like any of my other tats on regular skin. i have two larger pieces wrapped around each of my sides covering over stretch marks and now you cant even see them. it may make a difference if you have deep or raised stretch marks, but mine were pretty flat so it didnt matter.
