  1. It is not recommended nor is it needed. eat a good healthy diet with lots of fruits and vegetable and the body will cleanse itself.

  2. I read "you on a diet" by Dr Oz and Dr Roizen. Maybe the last chapter is on dieting the rest is on how your digestive system works. (it really is facinating) Anyway, the book states that colonics are a waste of time and money as your colon contains only water and you would get the same result by fasting.

  3. I have IBS for years and years. The ONLY thing that helped me was colonics.

You have to have alot of them, though. I had about 10-15 before my colon was operating again, but it was the best money I ever spent.

Have as many as possible as close together as possible.

I am no longer bloated, no more labor type gas pains, etc.

Take psyllium husks fiber too, to help with the cleaning.

It does not hurt, you can have some pressure but it is basically comfortable.

  4. Have you tried digestive enzymes and probiotics?

  5. Fruits, vegetables, and I eat a lot of popcorn. I love it and it has a lot of fiber.
