Indecision and lack of trust in one's own decision making. Not trusting one's gut instincts and intuition. Fearing that there must be a more logical way to make decisions than to go with what just feels right. When we are blessed with good levels of intuition it is for a reason, to lead us to where our heart knows we need to be. Going with what feels right will always lead us on the right path, even though initially it may seem to go against popular opinion. Generally popular opinion though is just fear of being free.

I'm not sure exactly. Usually it is something symbolic - maybe you are involved in something that you feel you don't have control over? or that you are holding onto something that you need to get off (a feeling or a commitment with friends, work etc) Try and look out for other things in your dreams that may relate to a feeling of control.
