Has anyone ever had a dream when it felt like ur spirit came out of ur body and then u plop on the bed

i have these dream all the time. one minute im in lala land and then i feel like i cant feel my body anymore. then when im about to wake i quickly plop down on the bed. does anyone have an answer for this?

Sounds like an out of body experience not just a dream!

It's considered an "OBE." Some people don't believe it, but you should read up on it and try to work on it. Don't stop at just one sight. Keep looking. Here's one that will explain but only a little. They have great books on it too...try amazon.com.

Have you ever heard of an out of body experience? I think this may be what you experienced.

i have sensations that when i wake up i cant move my body at all but I'm in my body.

but i usually chalk that down to the poltergeist in my house.
