Has anyone ever had a problem with people you don't know

Question

getting drinks from your open bar. I was thinking about getting wristbands or some kind of stamp for my guests. Is this weird? Am I being paranoid? Its not like I will be spending a lot of money to do this is not a problem. Please help!

I have been to a lot of weddings and I have never heard of it

At my wedding the wait staff did try to steal our liquor but that was after the reception

i really wouldnt worry about it. Its a wedding not a club and the odds that people will crash to steal your food and drinks is pretty slim. Dont make your cute old grandma get a hand stamp...

I wouldn't worry about it. Even if you are having your wedding at a venue, like a hotel, where other events might be taking place, the likelihood of someone spending the time sneaking in for a free drink is slim.  The only other people around will be there for other weddings, I don't think strangers would actually show up just to crash for a few free beers. Also, you will probably notice if some lush is at the bar that you don't know.

Usually if their is a open bar at the reception than usually it is closed to the public by meaning that this is place is reserved for the wedding party.  Sometimes their are crashers but not to often.  I think you watch to many movies.  Good Luck and Congrats on your up coming nuptials.
