Has anyone ever had an IVF cycle cancelled?

How did you deal with the crushing news! I had invested my mind, body and soul into making this work and today my IVF cycle was cancelled due to a cyst on my ovary. I was getting weekly acupuncture, doing yoga and meditation. I was certain my body and mind was 100% ready for the FSH. I am just so crushed!

  1. Im so sorry to hear this. I know its crushing but try and stay positive. You'll be back doing this again. It just wasnt meant to be today. Im so sorry hon.

  2. I just had an IUI cycle cancelled today because of a leftover cyst.  It's not IVF, but I'm still disappointed that now I have to wait out a whole other cycle.  

    I'm sorry for your sad news.
