Has anyone ever had an out-of-body or a near-death experience

Question

How did it happen ? What was it like ? What happened ? Was there a "light at the end of the tunnel?" Did it change your outlook on life ?

Sorry for asking so many questions.

Once at the dentist when I was 9 I got laughing gas and shots, they accidently gave me too much laughing gas than I was supposed to have, (it was  a huge deal) and when they were working on my mouth I realized I was looking down at myself. Crazy wierd my friend. I saw no light at the end of the tunnel, but ever since then I started doing drugs to try and recreate that feeling.

no but I did see a bright light (shadow) of a person but you can only see the outlining but in the middle was all white..you could see shoulders but not eyes or anything..

I was in bed and my friend put on the heating(protubal heater) and it had a timer and there was a tiny light on and I wanted to turn it off coz I was so roasting,so I got up pulled it out and ran into bed-I noticed that there were alot of spiders(in fact everywhere I looked) but I didnt take much notice since it was a 200yr old home..(and I didnt want to insult my friend!)

So I watched my dvd and at the cornor of my eye I seen a white BRIGHT shadow kind gloomy floating in one area(near the heater!) I turned on the light(scared SH--LESS!) and looked out the window..there was NOTHING so I went to sleep(hid under the covers)..I peaked my head back up and seen it getting closer...I tucked my pillow closer to me and tryed to ignore it and the next day I never wanted to go into that area again!

I have done yes and it greatly changed my outlook on life, I now find life even more beautiful than before. It's really difficult to put down in words just exactly what I felt, but I seemed to float and be free from the confines of time and space. I must say I'll never forget that experience and now, I don't feel afraid of death at all.

yep.  I needed a blood transfusion, but was in an economics exam and wasn't allowed to leave.  I finally finished, but couldn't see what I was writing.  I fainted at hospital, there wasn't a light at the end of a tunnel, I relived a memory, though.  It was in 1995 when we got a new refrigerator, my brother and  I were playing fort in it's box in our family room in our old house in Calgary Alberta.   It didn't change my outlook on life, but I did feel comforted by the memory.  I'm open to the concept of religion, but not fully convinced by it.

My ex girlfriend died for 6-7 minutes

she had a brain anurism the doctors

brought her back she said there

was just nothing total peace and

quiet

She definetley changed after it

for the better she had a positive

outlook and didnt fear death

She was an ex model from

NSW Australia and had

a huge influence on my life

yes someone had their hands round my neck and was strangling me i was fighting at first but then gave up and when i gave up i saw a light - it was like flying through a tunnel towards a light and then coming out into  a very bright and beautiful garden. I think it was very like the garden in a triptych that was at my school. My second experience was when I was dying of measles and double pneumonia and was experiencing a lot of hallucinations  coloured bubbles.

As far as I know it hasn't changed my outlook on any thing I didn't have a god then and don't have one now I didn't ascribe meaning to it - maybe I was too young.It was just another crazy aspect of my crazy life.

but no i havnt.. i have seen a ghost.. but no i have not.

also.. on my pictures from when i was young there is a white light shining next to me.. and they were totally different places different camera's etc.. just thought id share.. sorry i have not answered your question.
