Has anyone ever had bad cramps and a week or so of spotting when they ovulated?

I'm wondering if I might just be pregnant finally.

I haven't had any spotting but this is the first month (in the past 10) that I've had cramps every day since ovulation. I'm only 7DPO but hoping its a good sign also. My cramps aren't bad, they're just an annoyance of course.
