Has anyone ever had their carpets 'dry' cleaned?

I need to have my carpets cleaned, but with 2 kids of my own, 2 I watch during the day, and 2 dogs - it is impossible to keep them all off the carpets all day long.

Has anyone tried using a service where they don't use any water? Was it effective? What did you think?

You may just be wasting your money.

Most spots need to be remove with some type of liquid.

My suggestion is too have your carpet professionaly steamed clean at the end of your day.  Then place your dogs in a secured area away from carpet and take your family out for dinner and a movie.
