Has anyone ever had their child show up with a prominant kidney via ultrasound? ?

We got a call today that our baby has prominant kidney that showed up on the ultrasound we re-scan in four weeks to check it again. I just wondered if anyone knows what this means? I looked all over online and cannot find anything about it. Does anyone know what this means?

Prominant - I have never heard of - however they may have meant dilated kidney - do a search for "Ultrasound fetal kidney dilation" - it would look prominant on the ultrasound because of the dilation.
