  1. I have and I was happy but I was a little disappointed too. I had alot of sensitivity around my gums for about a week or two, and I've never had a cavity or anything. I have had braces for about 2 years, and I never had sensitive pain from that either. I found that the bleaching did a great job, but definately temporary and me with my busy lifestyle, had no time to keep up with it. I'm sure if you keep up with it, they would have looked great but I didn't really have the time. In the first week/two they looked great! Good Luck!

  2. Bleaching your teeth does cause sensitivity, it also causes your teeth to become more porous meaning they will get stained more quickly and you  will continually have to have your teeth whitened.  The whitening tooth paste also makes your teeth sensitive.

  3. yes the results are great, but your teeth feel a bit sensitive after so try using a fluoride rinse to rebuild your enamel

  4. yes and my gums hurt for awhile but i would do it again
