Has anyone ever had to fight a toll violation ticket in florida?

My ex was driving my car and ran a toll now I have to go to court today to fight the ticket anyone ever have to go court for this? What was the out come. The ticket warrants 4 points and a fine of $186.00!

at court be willing to pay the fine but fight the points.

american courts are highly motivated by collecting fines rather then bother with the points.

After all its these very sdame drivers who will often break another regulation and be fined again.

then go to your ex and have him pay you $186! if he doesn't pay sue him in small claims court. be warned small claims court is very much a joke, run by law students and bitter judges (angry white men who hate their positions, and he can be extra angry if you r not white).
