Has anyone ever heard Cheney speak at press conferences? Does he intentionally avoid public speaking?

Kucinich went after him first for impeachment.

Cheney doesn't want to be held accountable or subject himself to questions. He's above all that. He has gone on tv shows but it's been pretty tame from what I've seen. He seems too happy.
