Has anyone ever heard of a collection agency called msr or mrs

they were trying to locate me but they called my sisters home i never and i mean never put her address or phone number down on anything is that legal for them to call her i dont even no how the no that we are related any help you can give thanks

I've not heard of that particular agency...but be very careful!  I have heard of people getting into files and using the info to convince you they are some agency just to obtain more info about you.  Whether it's identity theft or some other scam...be very cautious and tell your sister NOT to give them any info about you or herself

It's called "skip tracing." If a debt collector can't locate you they are allowed within reason to leave call back messages to other people for you....they cannot discuss your debt through.
