It has a certificate program for Vegetarian/Vegan Culinary Arts.

It's a Christian Seventh-Day Adventist school.

Yes, I've heard of one called the Natural Gourmet Institute in New York City.  

It used to be fully vegetarian, but now they added seafood and organic poultry, but I doubt they are used very often.

yes i have, if you go to www.vegsoc.org there is a culinary school in the north west of england

I have never heard of that. My cousin is a vegetarian and she had to adapt to cooking meat and seafood even though she doesnt eat it.
