I recieved 3 money orders via FED EX from a company that said they wanted me to work from home as a data entry processor. All 3 moneygrams where in the amount of $870.00 a peice. I recieved an email from the head man in charge of what to do with these money orders. I was to cash them at a local bank, then go and get a western union money order and send it to a lady in new york to pay for my computer and shipping. Why they sent me money to send back to them for their equipment, ill never know. but , I belive this is a SCAM. Someone please give me some advice. Has anyone ever heard of this before?- Or am i just being paradoid??

  2. Sounds like a scam to me, I would cash them and wait for them to clear before I would send them any money.  Why rush, you are holding their 3 checks and money if it is good?

  3. It is a scam   don't do it I read this happen to someone and they cash it and came after them. These people have a machine that makes false monet orders, they look really, but aren't.  report this

  4. DO NOT do this. They will wind up costing you a lot of money. It is a SCAM. Their money orders are phony but the place that cashes them won't discover it until you have already sent valid funds to them. They will go after you to reimburse them for the loss. You are not paranoid...you are SMART. They are thieves and should be reported to the F.B.I. Internet crime division.

  5. Yeah, that would be a scam.  Next time, just delete the work from home offers out of your email, dont even bother reading them.

  6. scam.  variant of Nigerian letter
