Has anyone ever heard of anyone putting a picture of someones face on someone else's body?

Is that weird for people to do this? Why would they?

Yes. There are many sites to do this and some even includes sound and you can record stuff for them to say. Look smack talk up on google. People do this because it can be funny and some people like this humor

There are negative reasons but also positive ones.

The negative is obvious:  to put other people down.

The positive is not so obvious:  About 11 years ago I had some serious physical fitness goals for myself.  I lived by myself so I wrote encouraging notes/posters and hung them where I could see them.  It was great encouragement but I needed more for motivation.  So I bought fitness magazines and found images of fit women who closely matched my body type.  I cut those out and then I had some pictures of myself blown up so I could cut out the heads and paste them over the heads of the other women.  Great motivation as I was actually able to see a near outcome of reaching my goals.
