Yes, I have.  My mom bought some of their knives years and years ago.  And I actually dated a guy who worked for them for a while.  Recently, we (hubby and I) met a guy who worked for them and we ended up buying a set of the knives too.  Expensive, but I love those knives.  Like I said, my mom bought some like in the early to mid 80s and she still has them because their guaranteed for life.

Yes it is a scam; cutco and vector marketing have been sued and found liable repeatedly for fraud.

Please, for your own good, learn to google and find answers for yourself.  Yahoo answers is worthless for something as important as your life and money.  If you are ever curious about financial stuff being a scam:

Go to www.google.com, www.yahoo.com, etc...

AND type in the name of the company or shady operation and the word "scam"

in this case: "cutco scam"
