Has anyone ever heard of cutting up fresh pineapple and pouring Malibu rum over it and serving?

  1. Yes .... actually put the rum into hollowed out 1/2 pineapple shells, and put the pineapple cubes back into the shells to serve it though.  .....This works with all types of liquor and fruit:  Creme de Menthe is good with honeydew melon;  Triple Sec is good with cantaloupe;  vodka & watermelon

  3. Kind of.  But similar.  Fridge the pineapple.  Peel, core, and dice/slice.  Add your favorite rum (Bacardi 151 works very well) and refrigerate.  After a couple of hours, ENJOY!!!
