yeah, i've heard of them, a friend of mine knows the guy in charge of the company.  He had an ALL carbon bike that he said he loved. and he was a mountain guy.   His bike handled alot of abuse.  i've never ridden any of their bikes, so I can't tell you about ride quality.  So the decision is up to you.
