  1. A creditor can force someone into bankruptcy but no one can force you not to make your house payments.


  2. As far as I know all foreclosure is forced  - the bank takes the property back and sells it to try and recoup it's investment when the loan isn't paid.

  3. I can't imagine any are.   People opt to stop paying their bills and they force a foreclosure, it is not forced on them.
