  1. It's owned by Amway.  Don't waste your time with it.

  2. Yes - Quixtar is another name for Amway. They are a network marketing company which many people confuse with a pyramid scheme. Network marketing is completely legitimate and follows very strict government guidelines. Companies who fail to follow these guidelines and abide by legislation give network marketing a bad name - hence the whole "pyramid scheme" mentality. Amway is viewed dimly by many people due to periods in it's history where rogue distributors took advantage of people and failed in their duty to assist others to be successful. Amway is quite secretive about many aspects of it's operations which also leads to suspicion amongst potential investors or consumers. Other network marketing companies, such as Monavie, are purposely very transparent with income disclosure statements, marketing promises, and so on - to ensure that investors know their exact likelihood of making money.

  3. It's Amway.  Most people believe it's a pyramid scheme.

  4. its the new identity for amway, an infamous pyramid scheme company.

  5. It's a multi-level marketing joke.  If you're interested in operating your own business or making extra income, joining Quixtar would set you back a lot of money and wasted time.

  6. It's sad to see that people are usually keen on telling their unpleasant experiences rather than sharing their pleasant experiences with Quixtar. Depending on your worth ethics, people can go very far in this global company which is expanding its operations throughout the world and growing at a fast rate. They market the best products & have their own research lab! Basically, it's like an online virtual mall...so you're redirecting your buying power towards them instead of going to malls, stores, etc.

Let me ask all the other people who are saying this is a "pyramid scheme" ... What job can you tell me that does NOT have a pyramid ? Employees usually report to supervisors who report to managers & so on up the line...to secretaries, vice presidents, presidents, CEO's. EVERYTHING is a PYRAMID. Look at your current job. =]

But in this company, everyone has the potential of surpassing the people above them.

  7. I had never heard of them until recently when my TV became inendated with Quixtar commercials.
