Has anyone ever heard of "Rebate Ready Reckoner"?

I am studying Financial Services and in chapter 3 of Office Tax Procedures, Assessment question 3, I read for the first time that "Rebate Ready Reckoner" is used, but nowhere it is explained what it is.... Help!

A rebate ready reckoner is similar to the tax calculator. It enables you to calculate, at a glance, a taxpayers eligibility for certain tax rebates (eg, low income). You should be able to find info on this at ato.gov.au.
