My son received an invitation by them to go to China next summer. I've already checked it out with several sources and it's legitimate. The informational meeting is in September. I wanted to know if anyone has had an experience with them. Thank you.

  1. I have traveled with P2P twice. Last summer I went to Australia and this summer I went to England, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, and Switzerland. I absolutely love traveling with P2P. The program is amazing. As students we get to see and learn about things that most people only dream about seeing, like going to the top of the Eiffel Tower, climbing the Sydney Harbor Bridge, and whitewater rafting in the Swiss Alps. There are a few flaws with the program, including the cost which can range from about $5000- $7000. Though it is expensive to travel with P2P, it is a great program and it is worth the money I believe. The program teaches students responsibility by making them responsible for being on time, keeping up with a detailed journal of their trip, and even doing their own laundry. My parents noticed a significant change in my responsibility and personality when I returned home from my trip and I even noticed a change in myself. The program is truly amazing and worth every dime. If you want to know anything else about the program, feel free to ask.

  2. never heard of it. but if your interested in student exchange programs, try AFS Student Exchange Program. i went to paraguay last summer for soccer training with their soccer olympic trainer... for free. the summer programs generally cost around $4200, but they look for scholarships for you. they found a few for me and i ended up paying nothing, except for stuff over in paraguya of course.

  3. I went about 4 years ago to England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland.  It was amazing!!! i had the best time ever! My trip cost about $5,000.  but that was only the fee for the trip.  it didn't include any extra spending money.  I went for 3 weeks and spent about $1,500 extra from buying gifts and food and on our free days and nights.  They provided food for us but it definately wasnt very good, like at all.  I ended up spending a lot of food, more than i should.  I definately would pursue the opportunity.  It was amazing and i met soo many great people.  Its a once in a lifetime opportunity and I will never forget it.
